		<abstract>There are many algorithms for computing a Delaunay triangulation of a point set in three dimensional space but  less considerations are done about the data structure that describe the relations of generated tetrahedral. Such a data structure is proposed here along with a set of operators necessary to make is useful for an implementation of the incremental algorithm of Watson (1981).</abstract>
